Custom Tote Racks (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) designs and builds custom storage rack systems intended for organizing storage totes and similar containers. By purchasing, installing, or using our products or services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All racks are custom-built based on customer-provided measurements, requirements, and site conditions. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all provided dimensions, load requirements, and environmental conditions are accurate. Minor variations in materials, finish, and appearance are inherent to custom fabrication and do not constitute defects.
Our racks are designed for storage and organizational purposes only. They are not intended for human support, climbing, lifting, or any use beyond their stated storage function. Loads must not exceed the recommended weight limits provided by Custom Tote Racks.
Unless explicitly stated in writing, the customer is responsible for installation. If installation services are provided by Custom Tote Racks, the customer must ensure the site is structurally sound and free of hazards. Custom Tote Racks is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, unsuitable mounting surfaces, or building code violations outside our control.
Improper use, overloading, modification, or misuse of the rack system may result in damage, injury, or loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Tote Racks disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Custom Tote Racks warrants that its products are free from material and workmanship defects at the time of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, overloading, alteration, improper installation, environmental conditions, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of discovery.
Customers may request a return within seven (7) days of delivery. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted for verified defects or errors attributable to Custom Tote Racks. All return requests must be submitted in writing and approved prior to return. Approved refunds or replacements are issued at the sole discretion of Custom Tote Racks.
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Deposits may be required prior to fabrication. Final payment is due upon completion or delivery, as specified in the invoice. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Custom Tote Racks operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Custom Tote Racks reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The most current version will apply to all new orders.
